When everything's done and you get out from the dentist, go and do something that you enjoy (as long as it is not contraindicated) like eating some ice-cream, going on a date, to the cinema, go on shopping or anything that you're keen on, just relax and be happy that it's over!. This will make your brain associate the dentist visit with something gratifying for you and reduce the anxiety that produces going to the dentist, so you'll feel better the next time cuz' you'll know that it isn't a torture and it's going to give you something good at the end.
