After writing the entire reaction we’ve got to finally use our Henderson-Hasselbach equation pH=9.25+Log 0.18/0.26= 9.09. Remembering that our original pH of the buffer solution was of 9.33, this demonstrates again that even adding a lot of acids the pH went down very little; proving how buffer solutions can resist drastic changes on the pH.
